My work ethic is driven by four things.
- INSATIABLE CURIOSITY. I’m always learning new things like a sponge, and love NOT being the smartest one in the room. What can I learn from you?
- EXCELLENCE. Putting in that extra effort to make sure it’s done right. There’s always room for adding delight.
- WISDOM. Experience without learning anything means you’ll touch the hot stove again. Wisdom comes from learning and experiencing through both success and failure. If you work on the bleeding edge and have never seen blood, you’re missing a huge chunk of expensive wisdom that might be paid by your next employer.
- FUN. Seriously, if you don’t enjoy what you do and the people you do it with, what’s the point? I like to foster an environment where everyone is valued, heard and happy.
